Invisalign® treatment is one of the most popular teeth straightening options available in our New York City office, but it isn’t recommended for everyone. HOW MUCH DOES INVISALIGN® COST AND HOW MANY SETS OF ALIGNERS ARE COVERED IN THE PRICE?
Our special price for Invisalign® is $2,999 (for a limited time). The number of aligners will be known during the virtual treatment plan presentation.
WHAT IS INVISALIGN®, AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Invisalign® is an orthodontic treatment that uses clear teeth aligners to straighten teeth gently and gradually. Also referred to as invisible braces, Invisalign® aligners are customized for each patient using 3D technology. Each set of teeth aligners are worn for about two weeks before moving on to the next in the series. Invisalign® treatment time will vary, but it usually averages between 9 and 15 months. You’ll be able to get a preview of your new smile by viewing your personalized treatment plan upfront.
HOW DO I KNOW IF INVISALIGN® IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Invisalign® treatment is successfully used to straighten teeth for adults and teens with overcrowding issues, wide gaps between their teeth, crossbites, overbites, and underbites. It’s not recommended for patients who need to reposition their jaw or who have already had extensive bridgework done. To determine your eligibility as an Invisalign® candidate, you should contact our office to schedule a consultation with our orthodontist. During your consultation, we’ll go over your orthodontic goals and your specific case to see if it’s the right type of treatment for you.
ARE THERE ALTERNATIVES TO INVISALIGN® AT YOUR OFFICE?
Absolutely! DentAlign NYC also offers traditional braces, as well as many cosmetic and restorative dental procedures for all your smile makeover needs. From dental implants and veneers to teeth whitening, crowns and bridges, and porcelain inlays and onlays, our office offers many solutions.
HOW DO INVISALIGN® INVISIBLE BRACES FEEL?
Many patients find Invisalign® invisible braces feel more comfortable than traditional braces because there aren’t any metal brackets or wires involved. While some tooth discomfort is normal, they should begin to feel more natural after the first few days of treatment. If the pain persists, contact us right away to see if we can find a solution.
ARE THERE ANY POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS OF INVISALIGN® TREATMENT?
Some patients experience minor discomfort and soreness in their teeth or jaw until they get used to the treatment. You may also experience mild discomfort whenever it’s time to change your set of teeth aligners. This is all par for the course. However, if the pain persists, please let our orthodontist know!
WHEN WILL I SEE MY NEW SMILE THANKS TO INVISALIGN®?
You’ll be given a preview of your new smile with your proposed treatment plan. Many patients begin seeing noticeable results within the first three months of treatment, though individual results will vary.
WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF INVISALIGN® TREATMENT?
All services relating to the Invisalign® treatment process are included in the cost. We do offer teeth cleanings and various general dentistry services you may need during the course of treatment, but those services are an additional fee.
HOW LONG DOES THE INVISALIGN® PROCESS TYPICALLY TAKE?
Our office utilizes iTero technology, which allows for a faster turnaround. We can receive your ClinCheck®, or virtual treatment plan, within as little as 48 hours, and your custom Invisalign® teeth aligners can arrive as early as a week after you accept the proposed treatment plan. This means you can begin your Invisalign® treatment in as little as two weeks from your initial consultation.
WHAT IF I DON’T GET THE RESULTS I WANTED WHEN THE TREATMENT IS OVER?
As your treatment advances, DentAlign NYC will evaluate your progress. If adjustments need to be made at any point, we will re-scan your teeth and submit the new treatment plan to Invisalign®.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR FINANCING MY TREATMENT?
We have several zero-interest financing options available and will do our best to create a payment arrangement that will allow you to receive said financing options.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR AN INVISALIGN® CONSULTATION?
No, DentAlign NYC does not charge for Invisalign® consultations.
